Going face to face with a Grizzly Bear
So there I was enjoying a sunny afternoon at a Dog park in Arlington, Virginia. Lying in the grass, I heard some rustling off my right shoulder. Then I heard a bark that sounded like a deep, ferocious growl coming from the woods. My instinct kicked in and I immediately knew it was a Grizzly Bear. With no time to hide my pb & j sandwich, I ate it. Suddenly, the giant beast was moving towards me from the woods. My worst fears were coming true: it was brown, four legs and heading right for me! I curled up in a ball, closed my eyes and waited for the beast to eat me like a sandwich. When I looked up, it was Chewie licking me on the face, letting me know he scared that giant Grizzly away.
